Egg Dippers

Egg Dippers with a side of hollandaise sauce for dipping.

Our household loves to make these egg dippers and they don’t last very long. You can make them with a regular bread (toast) crust or we have also made them with a hashbrown base. They can be eaten plain or you can opt to add additional ingredients like cheese, bacon or sausage crumble.
