Shipping
Shipping is only available to certain Provinces in Canada and States in the US at this time. Shipping rates are a flat rate of $15 within Canada but may be subject to change. This price includes insurance and shipment tracking. You will receive a tracking link at time of order fulfillment.
Orders will be shipped within 72 business hours. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.
All orders are subject to product availability and credit card authentication.
Please note that during sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

Available in Hamilton, Halton and Ottawa. Select this Pick Up Option at check out in order to arrange for local delivery.

Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase!
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received an incorrect or defective product please contact us directly to let us know what happened. We can then discuss your options for an exchange or refund. Shipping costs are non refundable. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
Returns Requirement
All returned merchandise must be:
In its original condition and has not been used, altered or washed.
Have all its original tags or packaging attached.
Package is postmarked for return within 30 days of original purchase.
Return Exceptions
Product that has been excessively used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Product showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this return policy.

To initiate a return please email our customer service at justjennoinc@gmail.com and be sure to include your order number and reason for return. Any items being returned are at the customer’s expense and require an authorization number. If you are local to GTA contact us to arrange a time to drop off.
